to receive a return authorization number. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the shipment receipt date. A 25% restocking fee will be charged if the bottle and or product packaging has been opened, a result of a mistake(s) and or error on your part.Shipping and Handling Fees are Non Refundable. Monies will be refunded once we confirm receipt in our warehouse.
Due to Health reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for skin care,cosmetics and or hair care products. Selections should be made with care.If you refused the delivery of Skin Care, cosmetics and or hair care products that you ordered no refunds will be issued.
Orders directed to an APO/AE and or P.O. BOX'S address are unable to be traced. If you wish your order to be sent to an APO/AE and or P.O. BOX'S address, lost or misdirected packages cannot be the responsibility of ETperfumeshop.com.
Undeliverable Packages
If your package is returned to Etperfumeshop.com marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable", a refund will be issued for the merchandise only. Shipping charges are non refundable.Skin Care and or Hair Care products are non-returnable and or refundable
Package Traces
Shipments can be traced with our courrier for 30 days after shipment. If an item arrives damaged or there is a problem with shipping we can only investigate during this time. Please call us within 3 days of receiving your item to expedite the investigation.
How do I return an item?
Return authorization is required. Email us prior to shipping your package back.
We can only refund shipping costs and void the restocking charges if the return is a result of our error. Returns must be shipped directly to the ETperfumeshop.com warehouse via a preapproved shipper.

All returns must be shipped back to Etperfumeshop.com using a trackable courier. (UPS, FedEx, USPS Delivery Confirmation)
Any package that has not been received by Etperfumeshop.com and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.
