USA & AND OR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • For your protection orders may only be shipped to your billing or a verifiable alternate address. Please notify your Credit Card Company prior to placing an order if you want to ship your order(s) to an address other than your billing address. Please provide us too with the Phone number of your credit card issuer by e-mailing us at: shipping@etperfumeshop.com
  • Using PayPal; You need to be a PayPal verified and or shipping address confirmed by PayPal.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO and FPO. All deliveries must be made to a verifiable, physical street address.
  • Products are ship from 2 different locations.Warehouse ET and Etperfumeshop Warehouse therefore products can not be combined from 2 different locations
  • Processing time for order(s) is approximately 3 business days. We process order(s) Monday thru Friday(excluding Holidays). All order(s) after 2:00 PM EST will be process the next business days.
  • If your shipping address is different from your credit card/Pay Pal account your order(s) is automatically canceled.
  • If your telephone number is different from your credit card/PayPal account and or you did not enter your telephone number your order(s) is automatically canceled.
  • If the item(s) you are trying to purchase is out of stock your order is automatically canceled.
  • If your order(s) was canceled and not processed no charges to your credit card/PayPal account. You may see a pre-authorization charges in your account but these are not actual charges and no money is taken out from your account.

      We only accept PayPal as payments for international order(s).PayPal verified and Address verified only.Add Credit/Debit Card to your Pay Pal account so that Pay Pal can verify your Address

    Cancel Your Order

    Since we use automated order processing and warehouse systems, we are unable to cancel or modify your order once it has been submitted.

    If signature is required for the delivery of package(s), it is the resposibility of the buyer(s) to abide with policy(s) and or rules of the courier(s).


    Standard Ground U.S. Shipping

  • All U.S. orders will be sent via USPS, FEDEX or the most economical service available. Expect your package within 7-10 business days depending upon your geographic location. Within 24-72 Hrs a confirmation e-mail with your tracking number will be provided as they become available. Shipping charges will vary depending upon quantity of your order. 



    International Orders

  • Shipping costs range depending on your location. Orders typically arrive within 5-15 business days Please note, Custom policies vary from country to country. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are enforced once a shipment reaches your country. Charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges.
